Benefit:
Fitness boost everyone receives from nearby altruists (0-2). Higher benefit helps altruism survive.
Harshness:
How hard it is for agents to colonize empty spaces (0-1). Harsh environments favor altruistic clustering.
Disease:
Random death rate for all agents (0-1). Creates turnover and empty spaces.
